On more personal level, I have a strong fear of bugs (yes, I know I live in Hawai'i) and can get emotional when it comes to bugs. Daniel has been very patient with me and my reactions, which has been very helpful. When I bought a house in June 2017, he completed a through inspection and gave me a detailed treatment plan for my house. For the first month or two, he came several times until all the problems are solved. He has even been to my attic to check on birds trapped in there. After nine months, I am still happy and so grateful that Daniel takes care of my house. If you are looking for a pest control company who is reliable, affordable, and trustworthy, I highly recommend Daniel and his company!!

Elite Pest control is a family owned company out of Kona. Daniel responded to a call from me two years ago when I was having crawly bug problems at my home in Kona Paradise. Even though my property wasn't on his normal run, Daniel came down monthly to spray and rid my home of bugs, mosquitos, wasps, etc. His company is easy to work with. They bill and received payment via Quickbooks, so it makes it easy to pay. They send you a service reminder and a list of what they did on your call. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable of the critters in HI.

Daniel of Elite Pest Control in Kona is great! He is very professional, prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, respectful (wears booties over his shoes in the house - mahalo!) and takes the time to explain WHY and WHAT and even HOW! Oh yeah - he's a very nice guy too! I used his service for the first time a few months ago when I had a major German cockroach problem in the house (he comes to Waikoloa too). A few days after treatment - bam- gone! And just in time for houseguests! He also checked for other issues I never thought about - rats, nesting, termites, etc. It was a very thorough inspection. It's been 3 months and virtually no sign of critters. I am on the quarterly schedule for upkeep and glad I am doing it to be preventative rather than reactive. As Daniel explained, especially with Hawaii sun and rain, that can drive the critters out of the ground and affect the product over time, so maintenance is important. It's comforting to know our house is in good hands and that I can call on him if I need anything in between treatments. Mahalo Daniel - keep up the great work!!

Daniel is a godsend! He is meticulous&thorough, extremely knowledgable, kind, patient, and has all the answers. In other words, he doesnt f-around. He noticed a lot of things that our previous exterminators didn't. He also offers services for fair prices.
After meeting Daniel, we dropped our other exterminator and hopped on the Elite team. We are about to get our house treated and are excited for the results.

I returned home from vacation to find my kitchen infested with roaches. I called an exterminator that wasn't available until the following week, and even then wouldn't schedule me unless I committed to retaining their services without a fixed estimate. What? I then reached Daniel, the owner of Elite Pest Control. He was responsive, explained his treatments and gave an estimate for services covering two treatments. Daniel came two days later. Within 24 hours, dead roaches were visible everywhere. Two weeks later he did a follow up treatment to make sure the egg sacs, if any, were eliminated. Not only are the roaches gone but also the ants. I highly recommend Elite Pest Control. Thanks Daniel!

I had ants, cockroaches, millipedes and centipedes living with me. So I found Elite Pest Control who responded promptly and courteously. After 1 treatment, my ant problem was eliminated and cockroaches only showing up dead (eww, but how it works, and, as of late, that has ended too). Daniel, the technician, came back for a follow-up visit, at no cost to me, and sprayed for the centipedes who were continuing to march in, with the rain we've had. So far, so good. Living in a tropical place, you expect some bugs, but Elite Pest Control has allowed me to mostly eliminate that. Daniel is responsive, courteous, and a knowledgeable professional. Prices are totally reasonable. I highly recommend!

I chose Elite Pest Control because owner Daniel was the only person I spoke to who responded adequately to my concern about not sending bugs to my condo neighbors, which is how I got bugs in the first place. He was very efficient on the phone, called ahead of time to confirm the appointment, and arrived at my home on time and looking very professional. He was very pleasant and reassuring; he provided me a lot of education about my bug problem, and evidently chose just the right strategy because after the one hour he was in my home my bug problem disappeared.
